Be well come to another issue of "The World of Myth." We have a lot to
share with you this time, so to start things off Steve Bolin offers up
a story told from a somewhat different perspective and 'Queen of the
Westerlands' returns with another episode. A new contributor and often
published author, Stephen Dedman, shares a tale from the old west and
Sarah Wilson returns with a new story of terror. David K. Montoya put
together two episodes of his ongoing saga, "The End" and also penned a
short humor piece this month.
The Featured Writer this issue is prolific horror and weird tales
writer Richard Matheson, and his novel "I Am Legend" is reviewed as well.
In the poetry section, Kevin Magnus, Ellen Millman and Jeff R. Young
all return with new poems, while in the Art Gallery, Michael A. Sauve,
Allen J. Speakman and Jessica Rinaldo offer up new work. We would also like
to welcome back "The Gurl of Myth," Rebecca C. Lofgren who has a new piece
of artwork to share.
All of us here at "The World of Myth" also wish to extend Best Wishes
to L.M. Mercer and Michael A. Sauve who will be married on April 7th. May
you have a Happy and Joyous life together.
Reaper Rick and Moviegoer Grim share the responsibility for the Movie
Reviews in this issue, but don't let that stop you from checking out
what they have to say. And stop by the Month in Myth to find out what's
going on in the world around you.
This issue's Interview is with Sarah Wilson, whose novel "Blood
Atonement" was recently released. Find out how such a sweet looking
young woman can come up with tales of bloodthirsty monsters time after
time. (It's always the quiet, pretty ones, isn't it?).
Regrettably, we had a somewhat slim turnout in both readers and voters
for the last issue. Even so, 'Queen of the Westerlands' was voted top
story in last month's poll, with David K. Montoya's 'The End' a close
second.
In other news, Dark Myth Production Studios (the parent company of "The World
of Myth") recently purchased the rights to Horrotica On-line Magazine.
This web zine publishes Adult Erotic Horror in both story/poetry and art
